22 short chapters, 16 characters, 1 big picture, a graphic novel about how dealing with call centres is always a bad deal. No matter which side of the wire you are on.
Based on the author’s personal experience and most probably even yours, Ash Airways Chronicles will wire you into two worlds at opposite ends of a telephone. At one end, the call centre microcosm, located somewhere in Ireland, owned by a business behemoth, run by a ruthless woman and operated by a bunch of nuts. A world where life is structured in black and white following its own rhythm, rules, hierarchies and currencies. At the other end there’s the World as we know it, swarming with people carrying all sorts of problems and desperately looking for help.
These two worlds are linked by a toll number where waiting on the line, not to lose one’s priority, is a must.
